The FOLXCare System has created a dynamic software package that will help you run your Private Duty business efficiently and pro-actively. Our modules include Scheduling, Clients and Referrals, Clinical Data, Personnel, Billing and Accounts Receivable, and Reports.

Scheduling

• Eliminates the need to monitor different schedules for clients and for personnel. You’ll only need to populate the schedule once, and FOLXCare will allow you to view and print a Personnel version and a Client version.
• Drag and drop service orders directly onto the Scheduling calendar.
• Match clients to personnel based on your defined criteria.
• Automatic alerts for unassigned schedules, personnel conflicts, and authorizations.
• Notifies scheduler to personnel overtime.
